Materials
- Coloured paper – black, yellow
- A pair of scissors
- Marker
- Glue
- Sponge
- Paint – white
Instructions for Sky Adventure Night Sky Activity
- Dip your sponge in white paint and dab on black paper.
- On a yellow sheet of paper draw stars and a moon and cut them out.
- Use glue to stick the cut out stars and moon on the paper.
Your night sky is done!
This activity stimulates your preschooler’s creativity and promotes their learning. You can add more night sky elements to this craft such as rocket. You can even introduce them to constellation formations in the sky. As you add these elements, how about developing a great bedtime story?
