Materials
- A4 sheets
- Acrylic paint
- Bowl of water
- Coloured paper – black
- Glitter powder
- Sketch pens
- Glue
- A pair of scissors
Instructions for Space Adventure Marbled Planets Activity
- In A4 sheets, draw circles. Cut them out.
- Take some water in a bowl.
- Add different colours and watch them make patterns.
- Place a circular paper and take it out. Ensure you don’t immerse it in water. Leave it to dry.
- Repeat the same with few more papers. You could add
- Once dry, glue them to the black chart.
- Apply glue all over the black chart. Sprinkle some glitter powders.
Ta-da, the marbled planets are ready to be displayed!
Put the marbled planets on the wall. Then, encourage your child name each of the planets and describe how each of them are. How about an imaginary story?
